Last week, our big boys installed an oversize and high performance treadmill saturn 300/100r as well as a pulsar 3p at the Universität Basel. The joint experts of proxomed Medizintechnik GmbH – Schweiz and h/p/cosmos installed both treadmills in the brand new building that will house the Department for Sports, Motion and Health!

The live presentation from the biomechanics lab at the German Sports University Cologne showcased the seamless cooperation of all systems. A special focus was the fully digital workflow with raw data from the gaitway 3d that provides 3 component force, torque and even pressure distribution measurement in one single belt treadmill!

Die Mission: das Team soll die Grenzen der neue Laufbandgeneration quasar® und pulsar® finden und überschreiten! Das neue UserTerminal MCU6 mit TouchScreen und Tastatur sollte auf Herz und Nieren getestet werden und geprüft werden, bei welcher Temperatur das Gerät nicht mehr bedienbar wird und die Hardware zerstört wird.
Der Test „schlug erfolgreich fehl“.
