2022’s h/p/cosmos service training started yesterday. With more than 300 technicians having signed up for the training, the event was held as a hybrid event – both in presence at the showrooms at the headquarter in Nussdorf as well as online via MS Teams.
CEO and company co-founder Franz Harrer gave a warm welcome to all participants and emphasised the importance of the service technicians’ professional daily work at the customers around the globe that allows h/p/cosmos to maintain its extraordinary quality and service levels as well as to cope with the increasing regulatory demands based on the Medical Device Regulation (MDR). Managing Director Alexander Boeck, Authorized Signatory Dr. Bjoern Zimmermann and the technical service department, led by Christian Melcher, also welcomed the specialists from all over the world and started the event.
The first day focussed on regulatory and legal requirements of the service technicians and their work as well as product and application trainings of the large scope of products ranging from “standard” treadmills to highly sophisticated solutions as the biomechanics spearhead gaitway® 3d. The third and last session dealt with the technical basics of our products.
The service training is set up as a mix of theoretical knowledge and practical sessions with intensive hands-on experiences also for the MCU6 device families! Virtual participants were able to follow these with a number of webcams installed at the devices.
All participants at the headquarter in Nussdorf were invited to join for a get together.
We are proud seeing the high acceptance and level of interest in our service training and are looking forward to the two more days to come!
