running machine design for environmental chamber -35°C ... +55°C Relative Humidity 20 ... 95% (not condensing!) special design / version for the usage of an h/p/cosmos treadmill ergometer with track size 150/50cm and/or 170...190/65cm in an environmental chamber.

Amendments in comparison to normal h/p/cosmos running machine series:
- UserTerminal, control- & power control electronic with inverter
  drive are separated from the running machine in an external
  UserTerminal control-box. The external UserTerminal has to be
  placed and operated from outside of the environmental chamber.
  Additional UserTerminal and/or keyboard on the running machine
  is available on request and at extra charge.
- The running machine is connected to the external UserTerminal
  via a cable-harness and plug-system. The plug system is located
  on the external UserTerminal.
- The cable harness from the running machine to the external
  UserTerminal has a length of 600cm. Special lengths are
  available on request. Length has to be specified in writing on
  the purchase order and can be changed later only at high costs.
- zinced and powder coated steel frame, middle frame,
  handrails and cover shields.
- Frame parts, handrails and accessories have special boreholes
  for condensing water.
- zinced rollers, shafts and drive pulleys
- special drive motor for use in environmental chamber
- special elevation motor for use in environmental chamber

Allowed ambient conditions for use in the environmental chamber:
- temperature range in the chamber: from -35°C ... +55°C
- humidity:
  max. 95 % relative air humidity (non condensing)
- min. time period for temperature change in the chamber:
  from -35°C ... +55°C in 12 hours
  from +55°C ... -35°C in 12 hours
- min. time period for air humidity change in the chamber:
  from 20% ... 95% in 8 hours
  from 95% ... 20% in 8 hours
- head wind: max. 11 m/sec. (40 km/h)
- air pressure: from 860 hPa ... 1060 hPa (445mm Hg ... 795mm Hg)
- oxygen concentration: only normal oxygen concentration
- altitute: max. 1000 m above sea level
- vibrations: max. 0.6 G
- wall breakthrough for User Terminal cable:  min. 10cm
- warranty for parts: 1 year
- the use of the system in explosive gas atmosphere is prohibited!

Caution, special custom made design! In order to avoid misunderstandings an order confirmation or a purchase order can only be accepted by h/p/cosmos, if the installation drawing cos14893 had been returned to h/p/cosmos in completely filled out condition. Custom made machines can not be exchanged. No cancellations accepted.
