Under the watchful eyes of Gerrit Glomser, CEO of GAIRRIT Altitude Simulation as well as our Austrian distributor Süss Med, a factory-new quasar MCU6 treadmill was installed inside a modified cable car, which will be used as a mobile altitude chamber. This unique solution enables mobile whilst constant training conditions for athletes! We wish the best of success with this customized solution!

From Monday to Wednesday, 15 of our German-speaking technicians virtually attended the annual service structure training.
CEO and founder Franz Harrer took the chance to welcome the attendees, before starting with the first big item on the agenda: the practical transfer to the daily routines of the recently put-to-practice MDR.
The training continued with updates on innovations, our products and accessories as well as well as many Q&A sessions with the expertise of the whole h/p/cosmos service team.

We’re delighted to see this installation of a locomotion treadmill including airwalk ap unweighting system as well as the active gait trainer robowalk front and back in the Zale Lipshy Pavillion at the UT Southwest Medical Center!

Some weeks ago, we had the pleasure to get another glimpse behind the scenes of a movie set! Together with our partner FREI Medical, we equipped a rehabilitation and physiotherapy studio with cardio and medical devices including two quasar MCU6 treadmills.

Mit grosser Trauer erfüllt mich die Nachricht, dass am 13.05.2021 im Alter von 96 Jahren eine Legende der Deutschen Sporthochschule in Köln (DSHS / SpoHo) gestorben ist: Univ.-Prof. mult. Dr. med. Dr. h. c. Wildor Hollmann Professor Hollmann hatte sein Leben in der beruflichen Karriere in den Dienst der Gesundheit, der Sportmedizin und der Leistungsdiagnostik gestellt und gilt national wie international als absolute Kapazität.

‚Nothing can stop us!‘ – following this slogan, an installation of a quasar treadmill at the health studio Rueckgrat took place last week. Precision, instinctive feeling and last but not least a mobile crane were necessary to lift the almost 300 kg treadmill to the second floor where it is now available to the customers of the brand new next level running school!

On May 12th-16th the German Society of ORL HNS will held its annual meeting and celebrate its 100 year anniversary. Running kinematics and kinetics are focusing mainly the lower limb activities. But the kinetic chain will also cause a lot of action in the head-neck area. 

On 11th March 1996, Richard Schmidt joined the h/p/cosmos family. He started his career as an assembly engineer, continued as technical support manager and technical director. In 2007, he joined the management board as authorized signatory before being appointed Managing Director of h/p/cosmos on his 20^th anniversary in 2016.

On his 25^th anniversary, a small gathering took place to honour his 25 years on duty.
